Merati/Jalali night at the School. SPC est. 1984 June 17, 2010 - ALM had cards all night. Bested the new college graduate Andrew Jalali in the heads-up portion in one hand. Andy J had A-middling kicker. ALM in the Big Blind had 2-4. Flop comes 3-Q-5, all mixed suits. Andy made bets the big blind. ALM has a outside straight draw and a moderate chip lead. ALM calls, Turn comes up "A", which is not good news ultimately for Andy J. He bets and ALM pushes all-in, Andy J calls and is drawing dead. One hand heads up.

Dear Diary, it is now March 5th...the first poker post of games that count is LATE and I can't say I'm too worried. By the way, for only 8K we can have a 10 player table with the little cameras built in. In all seriousness, I'd like to get an automatic shuffler for the table. Perhaps we'll use a future kitty for that.

We played 2 times officially (3 times total), once on Thursday January 28th at Chez Merati. We had a full table (although I can't remember who the f*** was there 'cos I'm doing this so late.
